- All tags and protective covers must be intact

Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective iPhone case? We’ll make it right immediately!

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll ship a replacement at no cost to you
- Return shipping for defective items is always free
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and creativity of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- All Wrapping Paper Products (unless damaged upon arrival)
- Opened or used iPhone cases with signs of wear
- Items without original packaging
- Personalized or custom orders
International Returns
Since we ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas):
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
